Here, the team develop the project’s technical design, task list, resource plan, communications plan, budget, and initial schedule, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the project team and its stakeholders.

We establish clear project goals and expectations from the start. We then outline potential risks and how we will manage them if they arise, before planning the ideal kickoff meeting and minimizing the number of meetings that follow. Finally, we have the necessary tools for the project.
